It’s starting to feel like 2023, with all the #transphobia against #trans people, not to mention the #homophobia, #RightwingExtremistPolitians and #MagaCons, is a year for hunkering down and surrounding yourself with #SimplePleasures.

This morning, that took the form of knowing that, in a world of #EggShortages, I can make #ScrambledEggs on #Toast using #Homemade Bread and eggs from my hens.
