Liebe Alle,

heute wende ich mich einmal an euch, denn ich benötige eure tatkräftige Unterstützung.

Im Rahmen meines Aufbaus von reparatur.social und einem damit verbundenen Unterstützungs-Bereichs für #Reparateure, Selbstständige, #RepairCafes und #Reparatur-Initiativen, der auch eine Anbindung (Shop) für Ersatzteile aus dem Großhandel bekommen soll, möchte ich parallel ein Doku-Archiv für Service Manuals und Geräte-spezifischen Reparatur-Tipps aufbauen.

Ihr habt technische Unterlagen, Service-Anleitungen oder Schaltbilder, ob bereits digital oder noch in der guten alten Papierform?

Dann meldet euch doch bitte bei mir, sofern ihr bereit seid, diese Infos zur Verfügung zu stellen. Gerne übernehmen wir auch den Scanservice, und senden euch die Unterlagen, falls ihr das möchtet, auch wieder retour.
Alles natürlich nur in gegenseitiger Absprache (sonst läuft mir meine Werkstatt über 😁 )

Labor is the most expensive part of repairs.

The Repair App we're working on depends on being low cost because repairs are already too expensive.

Now that #rails v8 has folded caching, queueing and pub/sub into the db and removed the need for redis, my favorite framework is even easier.

That's one less resource demanding compute and one less dependency demanding attention when stuff starts breaking.
