This was an excellent podcast with David Roche and the thing that stuck out to me was David saying that you just need to keep shooting your shot and good things can happen. If you don’t take a chance then nothing will happen because no effort was put out.

Have you heard of Rich Roll?

He has an interesting and inspiring story. He wrote a book about it called, FINDING ULTRA. It's a good book. He also has one of the best (IMHO) podcasts called THE RICH ROLL PODCAST where he interviews many of the most interesting people covering many important topics. He's a gifted interviewer.

I think I’m developing a #podcast problem. I’ve had people yapping in my ears all day, no breaks. Even blasted it while I was in the shower.

Today I’m mostly listening to #Sawbones (comedy/info about medical history, the latest eps: anthrax, farts, RSV, 3 great eps about pirate medicine 🏴‍☠️) and #RichRoll (ultra-athlete interviews people - plant-based, self-improvement, misc content)...
