Had a slightly confusing/disturbing culinary experience yesterday.
The day prior I mixed olive oil, rice vinegar and soya sauce for a salad dressing to use yesterday morning.
It congealed over night. It was a lump. Like a 'dissolve under running water' type lump.
No idea why. Can't find any info online.
Separating would be understandable, but don't get it with the one big lump in the bottle instead of liquids.
