The oldest grammar school in Koblenz, the Görres-Gymnasium, was established in 1582 as a Jesuit school under the name Gymnasium Confluentinum or Collegium Societatis Jesu. Since 1895, the building on Jesuitenplatz has been home to Koblenz town hall.

The pulpit in the Catholic parish church of St Martin (built in 1852/53) in Hillesheim (Vulkaneifel area, Rhineland-Palatinate) was created in the 17th century. It was taken over from the predecessor building of the present church, which was demolished in 1852. The sounding board, the rear wall and the staircase are missing.
The figures depict the four evangelists.
