It is to the surprise of nobody that since I keep giving away my Ilene Bags that I am back on my bag bullshit.

It is complete: I knitted the latter 25 rows of lace, cuff, and handle of an Ilene Bag by Hannah Mason with Bernat Baby Sport Ombre yarn in color "Funny Prints".

These bags tend to be rather useful and chew up cheap old baby or other generic blanket yarn. I thought I got this from Hancock Fabric closing but according to Ravelry I got it from Wal*Mart in 2016

Started knitting the stockinette and 2 lace rows of an Ilene Bag by Hannah Mason with Bernat Baby Sport Ombre yarn in color "Funny Prints".

These bags tend to be rather useful and chew up cheap old baby or other generic blanket yard. Clearing up this Big Ball of Bernat will use up most of the yarn I got when Hancock Fabrics went out of business a while ago.

Finished knitting another 10 more rows of lacework then 3 knit rows of stabilization on smaller needles followed by 6 rows of K-P rubbing, and then bind off and handle. I finally just did the 3 needle bind off admit it is clean and pretty and way less frustrating/slow than Kitchener hacks.

These bags are my Holiday/Christmas Gift this year. So this is the Caron Simply Soft Blue Yarn version.

Completed the Ilene Bag by Hannah Mason started in Bernat Coordinates Baby Yarn in "Baby baby" color so switched over to a plainer baby yarn with similar coloring.

I figure these bags are gonna be my Christmas Gift this year. So this is another Pastel Speckled Baby Blanket Yarn version.

I was sitting at a restaurant with the person I was giving this too and didn't think to take more pics. But this photo covers the gist.

Completed the Ilene Bag by Hannah Mason with white and blue Caron simply soft yarn: 10 more rows of lacework then K-P stabilization with smaller needles, and then bind off and handle.

An attempt was made at seamless join of K/P ribbed fabric (very similar to a tubular join) but it didn't work too well, not sure if because yarn inversions or lack of skill.

These bags are my Holiday/Christmas Gift this year. So this is the Caron Simply Soft White and Blue Yarn version.
