Ray Vitte died in 1983 after police responded to a call of a disturbance at his house made by neighbors. Reports are he lunged at them and was struck with batons and handcuffed and placed in the car for transport to a hospital and he passed away en-route. His death was protested by many, including Donna Summer. #retroview
