My iPhone sent an alert this morning about my resting heart rate. It’s more than 10% lower bpm on vacation than while working (56 vs 64).

Alert the media.

If I send HR a screenshot, can I get another two weeks of vacation?

Now that I'm no longer in the uninfected control group, I'm watching my #restingheartrate like a hawk. For reference, I'm a mid-40's male usually w avg RHR around 63bpm.

The day I spent pretty much sick in bed, it never dipped below 70bpm.

Sunday a few weeks ago was more representative of regular "off day" heart rate - I took a walk to get some coffee, buzzed around the house and yard.

Today's heart rate data (not pictured) is meh with light activity but the minimum was below 70bpm at least.
