It is better to try and have a conversation rather than argue over differing opinions. You can change someone’s entire ideology using your words.

I believe this deserves an open and #RespectfulDebate. Why does the conflict in #Gaza seems to spark more heated debates in public, while the even higher count of victims of atrocities in the deadlier conflict in #Ethiopia is not present in our public debate of west and east?

BTW: It is perfectly acceptable to only mention different aspects related to the debated topic without feeling the need to find a general explanation, which may not always be possible.

Anthropology groups have recently started to shut down sex-related discussions in order to protect transgender people from being discriminated against or having their identities questioned.
