First as a doctoral student at @maxplanckquantum, now as a co-founder of the startup QMunicate, she is working on entangling atoms & photons to efficiently transmit quantum information over long distances & connect quantum computers with one another.

Following the highly successful quantum year 2025, the "MQV-Einblicke" event series entered its next round last week with the kick-off at TH Nürnberg – from now on with the adapted subtitle “Quantenwissenschaften vor Ort erleben” (Experience quantum science up close).

For Adelina Bärligea, quantum computing is the perfect intersection of her favorite subjects – maths, computer science, and physics.
