"can you please advise when I can expect reimbursement for the urgent repairs? It's been just over a week now."

The email I wanted to send:
"per legislation, reimbursement for urgent repairs is due within 7 days. As you have not met this nor communicated a reason for the delay I will be contacting consumer affairs."

Why? Because I know I have additional non-urgent repairs to request and don't want to piss off the property manager. Housing should not be this way.
