Probably about ten years ago now, I watched a recording of a metal festival somewhere in France. This was the one and only time I actually heard this song.

Due to a combination of a catchy tune and decidedly memorable lyrics, that song still gets stuck in my head TO THIS DAY.

That song was "Community Property" by Steel Panther. Today, let's listen to it again.
