Classic property industry spin. Same old ecosystem (news.com.au = realestate.com.au) pumping out scare stories based on modelling from a property analytics firm, with zero pushback or independent voices.
It's not total bullshit, but it's very selective and alarmist, basically a warning shot for investors.
If you want the real picture, check modelling from neutral sources and talk about actually fixing supply too.
