City of Chicago, (7th Cir., Dec. 2, 2025), the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected claims by City of Chicago employees who had been granted #religiousexemptions from the #Covidvaccinemandate that, nevertheless, the reporting requirements imposed on them violated their #freeexercise and #equalprotection rights.

This is why we must do more to prevent #ReligiousChildAbuse and end #ReligiousExemptions for #ChildAbuse #ChildNeglect in all 50 states. We must do more to prevent these people from even having kids in my opinion or must take their children away sooner when we see evidence of religious abuse.

We have " #oversight ". What we don't have are #prosecutors with the guts to act on what we already know. We have laws that have #loopholes and that need stiffer penalties and to have those loopholes closed. #ReligiousExemptions removed etc. Surveys don't save #kids. www.sltrib.com/news/health/...

Here are the stated goals of the legislation, which, keep in mind, replaced legislation we were working on that would have given children basic rights and would have included religious #TroubledTeenIndustry programs making #ReligiousExemptions a thing of the past. This legislation does not.
