Ich lese gerade "#ReinventingOrganizations" und hatte ein Wiedererkennen mit dem Moment, als ich meinen ersten #Arbeitgeber verließ. Manche -wenige- Kollegen, mit denen ich jahrelang gut klargekommen war, nannten mich "Verräter"! 😯 Ohne meine Beweggründe zu kennen... Zwar mit humorvollem Tonfall, aber das war schon ein komisches Gefühl, als ob man ein ewiges Versprechen gebrochen hätte.

Beim Lesen des Abschnitts über Tribale und Traditionelle #Organisationen kam mir noch ein anderer Gedanke: Traditionelle Organisationen sind zwar weiter entwickelt, scheinen aber Schwierigkeiten zu haben, sich gegen innere Tribale Gruppen zu wehren, sobald ein Mitglied eine hohe Position eingenommen hat. Je nach Ausprägung spricht man von Netzwerken, Männerbünden, Ränken... Aktuell das Beispiel der US-Regierung: Deren hierarchische #Organisation schafft es offenbar nicht, der Rotte um Trump irgendetwas entgegen zu setzen.
