@HeatherRojo although to be accurate with pedigre collapse the numbers do not keep doubling. The tree would round in like an oak. In my tree especially in Rehoboth I have one couple that appears 5 times in my family tree and others 3 and 4 x's. I am also descended from Walter PALMER originally of Rehoboth later Stonington 4 times! If you have ancestry in the first 50 years in MA you have an est 1/5 chance of being related. #genedons #genealogy #RehobothMAPlaces #StoningtonCTPlaces #PALMER

#OnePlaceWednesday Not an official One place study but I have run the Rehoboth, Mass DNA project for many years. It was the first DNA project limited to a single Township. It turned out to be quite interesting mostly for collecting the YDNA of the original progenitors.
