Spirit Stage ABQ on Instagram: "We are excited to present HEALING THE HEART WITH MUSIC AND ART a FREE community event at @spiritstageabq presented by @solamenteholistichealth_ Saturday 2/7/2026 1-3 PM hosted by @laguadalupe505. This event is a free arts and crafts workshop making traditional tin hearts and rosemary wreaths used for protection. We are joined by musical guest Alec Andre @cbdeann a Mexican-American indie/alternative singer-songwriter from Nogales, Arizona, known for his bilingual, emotionally raw music that blends Latin and American cultures, often featuring sparse, nostalgic ballads with intimate lyrics about heartbreak, longing, and modern relationships, featured on EPs like Dreams of You and Holy Dream and singles like “Fatal”. Local flavor @lattecorazon.nm will be selling coffee delights and other refreshments. We hope you’ll join us! Solamente Holistic Health is a mental health care practice and apothecary. Spirit Stage is the music and arts venue operating the larger room."
