@CindyWeinstein Also sounds like their only remaining defence is 'the constitution lets me do it'. Which is code for 'SCOTUS will let me do it'. Sadly correct, and something Biden will inevitably have to act upon.

I think that #scotus has crossed the line of their legitimate authority. Only Congress has the power to make laws, so when #scotus does it, it’s not really legal. We desperately need a way to keep them in their lane. Right now they’re asserting power that they don’t really have.
