I don't know if enough Virginia voters understand that the redistricting referendum is only about Congress. A lot of opponents are saying things about party rule in Virginia or about how they don't care what happens in other states. The referendum doesn't affect party rule in Virginia. It only affects who we send to Congress and is only being done to fix what Republicans in other states have done to Congress
