The concert on day one was a celebration of internationalism! 🎶 Maviş Güneşers Zaza tunes and Assalti’s hip-hop brought us together. Diverse backgrounds united in music, and by the end, we were all dancing as one. 🌍✨ #ReclaimTheInitiative

In the auditorium, alongside all the participants, we carried forward the conversations.
After the final session, we came together to sing El Pueblo Unido. The song embodies the spirit we aim, because only when we are united can we truly #ReclaimTheInitiative.

Together with 800 comrades from 35 different territories, we are becoming each other's #hope in times of desperation.
The #PeoplesPlatform Europe in Vienna was an extraordinary event. 3 days of intense debate about the rise of fascism, militarization, ecocide & many other topics.
The Peoples Platform was an example of #democracy from below. It has ended now, but the process is ongoing & even intensifying. It has the potential to change the way the left is doing politics.
People's Platforms in Asia & the Americas are to be conducted. #ReclaimTheInitiative
The common ground of all political realities participating in the platform is the insight that the systemic violence of capitalist modernity is paving the way to fascism and that the our self-defence against war and militarization has to be ramped up
