Working off a cheap “Seven Samurai” rip-off rife with horrendous dialogue, the movie feels like a half-baked detour with little style and no substance.

Just watched Rebel Moon - Part Two: The Scargiver and...

I know that, for some reason, director's jail doesn't have any openings for men, but for the love of God, there must be a writer's prison with a cell waiting for Zack Snyder by now! This should be career-ending.

It is insane to me that Roger Corman's Starcrash did this (whatever this is) better. And Roger Corman's Starcrash is shit. But he knew he didn't have to waste too much money on it or, more importantly: not wast FIVE FUCKING HOURS to rip off better films. Corman got it: 90 minutes, "go see a Star Wars, and you're done. I can't even count the amount of times I said "For fuck's sake" out loud (yes, in English, the Swedish language lacks the word for this feeling) when something was filmed in the most pretentious way possible as it was
