#ANZ #Bank is going further and further in enforcing their #TermsAndConditions which are very anti-#Aged and anti-#CognitivelyImpaired.

If an elderly person is getting help using #InternetBanking in a way where the helper gets to know the account password then ANZ is shutting that person off from using that service.

May be failure to provide #ReasonableAdjustment which would be an offence under the fed and state #AntiDiscriminationLaws.

The #NHSConstitution says that the #NHS is “available to all”. A denial of service because a #ReasonableAdjustment has not been made is in breach of it and #Disability legislation.

Reasonable adjustments are not that hard, but organisations need to have contact points so SOMEONE is responsible when they are called for.

I know of one person whose invisible disability was casually adjusted for only on days when they used a walking stick for an unrelated knee injury. Strange how that goes...
