We talk a lot about "Artificial Intelligence". Who would you turn to as an expert of "Real Intelligence" - especially in non-human animals? Or could you recommend any books / articles on the topic of defining / characterising intelligence?
(There must be a lot about #IQ and IQ tests but apparently that's not a great measure so.. What is?)

There is a certain analogy between food and intelligence when it comes to the distinction 'real' and 'imitation'. The distinction between noodles with beef and noodles with beef _taste_ is similar to the distinction between real human intelligence and imitiation intelligence ("AI"). So also: noodles with chicken vs noodles with chicken _taste_; smoked bacon, vs bacon with added smoke aroma chemical.
