@ryswife I mean the Niskanen Center, not William Arthur Niskanen… most of its positions consist of “hand over money to people instead of funding public services”, although they originally were #Reaganites indeed

#NoamChomsky's style overwhelms. He must need the #sarcasm to read and write about the bureaucratic brutality of State governments and multi-national corporations. He gets all Aikido with the lawyerly press-conference phrases(the verbal perfume that bought intellectuals use to cover cesspools) but it's easy to lose track of his basic sincere values while sorting out the #PR #cliches. Wen is s "part of the culture" being use to unjustly denigrate #Haitians or accurately describe #Reaganites?
