By land, air and sea – the EU is ready to drive the decarbonisation of the transport sector.    During my conversation with Executive Director of @IEA @fbirol, I outlined some of the regulatory developments that will enable the decarbonisation of transport in the European Union & internationally – and I look forward to close collaboration on these efforts in the coming years.   ✈️ The #ReFuelEU Aviation Regulation brings much-need long-term market certainty which is vital to the deployment of #SAF at scale.   🚢 The #FuelEU Maritime Regulation will enable a shift from the use of traditional fossil fuels to sustainable alternatives.    🚚🚗 Emission reduction targets for light- and heavy-duty vehicles define a clear trajectory for the decarbonisation of road transport.  #WEF25
