I'm glad the member states are not investing as much in defence as was provided for.
I think it is a sign of maturity to no longer seek peace of mind in weapons.
People of the whole world want peace.
Only the will to peace will deliver it.
Although I acknowledge that capacities to defend oneself are still important.
But the point remains for the eu as for all people: war is easy. Peace is hard!
