The library, built in 1913, has hosted the likes of Douglas Hyde, WB Yeats and Hannah Sheehy Skeffington. (And it was also an air raid shelter).

JC Decaux casually parking their van in the bike/bus lane in Rathmines at the height of the morning rush hour as school children are cycling to school and people are travelling to work by bus and bike. They were there for at least 15 minutes and most likely longer.

As long as this behaviour is tolerated we will never have a reliable public transport service or a safe cycling network.
