According to my own planning I should actually be in the Centerpointe Christian Church Prayer Room, as I had booked an hour from 06:00 as part of the 24 Hours of Prayer.

Last evening I was hit by a severe case of food poisoning, which I believe came from eating Pork Loin that had been possibly too long in our fridge,
@kevie and I were having an excellent yarn together in
@thebugcast video after-chat on Telegram.
Suddenly I did not felt sick, excused myself for a deep cough, then went to the restroom to actually be sick, then while Kevie was telling me an engaging story I had to stop him and say I was going off to the restroom. He prayed for me there and then.
In the restroom, I was doubled over the sink, then managed to sit down, and weakly called for Arianna. I felt SO weak and just wanted to lay down, but knew I needed a bucket first.
Arianna came to my aid with a bucket and wet cloths for my neck and forehead.
After a while she gave me a walking stick and I managed to make it to the bed. Arianna re-applied my cold water cloths, got me a tumbler with lid & straw of ice water, and a blanket over me.
I stayed there for quite a while feeling so very weak.
Eventually I felt somewhat better, was able to sit up, and made it through to my computer room chair.

We do have a plan to meet with our good friend Ellen and Bryan Station High School Classmates for breakfast at Ramsey's Diner, Zandale, Lexington, KY.
Not our local location, but still the same company.
Arianna will be going regardless, but I believe that I should make it out with her. I just will not be driving.
