OTTAWA – After a rousing speech by Conservative Party of Canada leader Pierre Poilievre at the party’s convention last week, the CPC has unveiled a new logo carefully designed to communicate a strong new message to voters. The revamped symbol features an erect penis wearing a little cowboy hat.
Interesting look at Russian involvement in the Canadian “freedom” trucker protest/occupation/emergency last year. Seems like Russia wasn’t quite *behind* it, but they certainly amplified it and found it aligned with their own goals. No surprise there.
I personally only heard of it secondhand and saw later echoes, like anti-Semitic graffiti in Ottawa, but clearly its core was some vile people, ideas, and behavior. Catnip for Putin.
