The OP legit made me excited for this season. Hopefully Railgun’s moe+slice-of-life focus allows them to tell a better story, and keep the quality high!

Okay so it wasn't till my third time watching episode 22 of Railgun T that I realized Seike Tarōmaru of Scavenger is Assigned Male At Birth.
Naturally that has me curious about their Gender Identity, I'm going to use gender neutral language for now to be safe.
In the English Dub that I exclusively watch they are always referred to with feminine pronouns even by characters I'd assume would know. But the toaru fandomwiki uses male pronouns. Fandom sucks however as you all know.
So is there any more exact information that the Manga/LN readers have access to?
