We don't know why Rahmanullah Lakanwal allegedly targeted two members of West Virginia's National Guard, just like we don't know the real reason Pete Hegseth keeps targeting boats for murder in the Caribbean. We do know that Hegseth more obviously failed the vetting to prevent such tragedies.
