TrevorAn invasive weed from Europe found in NZ is ragwort, it has bright yellow daisy like flowers and can grow up to 1.2 m tall. The plant spreads easily through the wind. It is avoided by cattle so overtakes pasture but sheep will eat it. Our orchard used to contain some, the Shropshires ate it.
