Matthew GuyAs the #NSPoli election is about to be called, I am starting to think about "contingency planning" in terms of media if the unthinkable happens in the US in November, then in Canada whenever the next Federal election is. I think I may have to cut out or seriously curtail #SocialMedia and #news consumption to protect my #MentalHealth.
