Der ADFC Bochum erweitert sein Angebot und bietet nun auch das Training zum zertifizierten TourGuide an.
Sandra Weber, Vorsitzende im ADFC Bochum, selbst engagierte und erfahrene Tourleiterin, hat im Mai die Ausbildung zur ADFC-TourGuide-Trainerin erfolgreich absolviert. Sie ist damit berechtigt, selbst TourGuides auszubilden und erweitert damit unser Angebot vor Ort.

The last stage of our tour was through the fields back to our starting point 3,5 weeks ago, where my 95 years old mother lives. She says that we are crazy to cycle so much, even if she probably cycled more in her entire life than me in mine (yet).

Flatlands - Day 19: Maastricht -> Heinsberg (47 km)

Leaving #Maastricht without visiting the #church that has been converted into a huge #bookstore with a #café would have been a... sin. Later, as we crossed the Dutch-German border, we noticed that of the four countries we visited on this trip, only #Germany marks its territory with a border sign.

Flatlands - Day 18: Huy -> Maastricht (63 km)

A ride along the #Meuse river, passing by the Tihange #nuclear power plant—where two reactors have been permanently shut down and the third is in maintenance—then alternating between abandoned sites from Wallonia ’s glorious past in heavy #industry and more idyllic spots. Finally, back to the #Netherlands .
