A secret military base, the size of 280 football fields, is being built in #Belarus.

Construction near #Pavlovka, south of #Minsk, began in June 2024 and is now in an active phase, according to the “#Schemes” project (#Radio_Free_Europe/#Radio_Liberty).

The facility occupies the former #Soviet camp No. 25 “#Pavlovka,” which housed the #Slutsk_306th Strategic Missile Regiment with #R_12, “#Pioneer,” and “#Topol” systems.

#IAEA completed a rotation of experts on #Zaporizhzhia_NPP via #Russian-occupied territory for the first time.

The International Atomic Energy Agency did not coordinate or get #Ukraine's approval for this rotation, according to #Radio_Free_Europe editor #Rikard_Jozwiak.

Past attempts to rotate #IAEA personnel on the power plant through #Ukraine were derailed by #Russian attacks and because #Moscow refused to provide security guarantees for the staff.
