The #RacistInChief despises Obama SO much and is SO nucking lazy, that he's decided "if Obama did it, it must be wrong" so he either does the exact opposite or tries to undo it. It's easier than having to sit & figure out what the RIGHT course of action should be.
It's why he pardoned the president of Honduras, prosecuted under Obama in 2012.
Trust me. Look at every moronic decision of his presidency and I guarantee you can trace it back to undoing something Obama did.
