I was the Gloucestershire Police & Crime Panel today up at Shire Hall, representing Stroud District Council. As the Temp Chief Constable and Deputy were there I had an excellent opportunity to ask about recent troubling events in Stroud and Wotton-under-Edge.

The CC forgot to switch her mic off, so I’m speaking off camera.

I hope this gives the community some reassurance that the Constabulary does treat this sort of crime very seriously.
