Afortunadamente no se fracturó el codo solo se salió de la rotación del brazo, que ya está bien en reposo en su casa.

Fue muy impresionante ver el choque y luego las consecuencias, me cuestioné mucho lo frágil que somos. Lo único provechoso de este día fue que pasamos por el puente de hierro de Ecatepec, un puente supuestamente acreditado a Gustave Eiffel. #BikeTooter #RWGPS

Ayer después de muchos meses rodé nuevamente de noche, una ruta muy interesante de mi buen amigo Oscar Duche. Fuimos a la pirámide de Santa Cecilia de Acatitlán, en #Tlalnepantla. Bike ride last Saturday with the BIKES Club. Sedro-Woolley to Concrete, and back. I wish I had some pictures of the scenery because everyway I turned my head was beautiful - river, mountains, forest, farms. In a group ride, you can't just stop and take photos. Otherwise, you'll get left behind. Just one photo where we paused to navigate an obstacle. One of the trail bridges was pushed a little off its footings by the recent floods. Nice lunch at 5b's in Concrete. #cycling #PNW #RWGPS

It had been well over two weeks since I did any kind of ride with distance and climbs. Boy, did I feel that today. I had trouble keeping with the pack. The new bicycle, Specialized Diverge, exceeded expectations. Love the GRX and electronic shifting. And new bicycle shoes (Lake MX21G-X) for my 11EEEE feet were super comfortable.
