How predictably predictable. An England team performs poorly, has a frankly awful campaign and the national governing body decides to have a "review".

English cricket followers will wince.

This screams of having too many cooks and a governing body that lacks the stomach for making a decision on its own.

Get a consultant in, they can propose something that we follow, Then it if all goes wrong, they take the blame instead of the governing body.

I've seen this in sport and in business. And it's rarely a good look.

Some days you just have to take it on the chin and accept that your team fouled up.

Bloody hell. Just as I was going to type 33-14 and try not to hold my breath for too long, its 40-14 and Nouchi gets a yellow card with 20 minutes to. I think France might need to hold up and wave the white baguette at this point..

Can't see many positives in this. Is this the RFU trying to be like the NFL ? Is there US money in the RFU ?
No promotion/relegation is a poor decision - top clubs looking after top clubs.
Don't get me started on 'Prem' and 'Champ' - more cringe.
RFU need to build the grassroots of the game and not focus purely on top end.
