Given that the old building was built in the 1980s (https://maps.app.goo.gl/9jF1a4uiAagmq7Vx9), I'm fairly sure that's not true. The location before *that* was in the old town hall (https://maps.app.goo.gl/5v7s3JS9tcqThdGB8), which is at least the right vintage of building for the sentence above.
