It’s “See A Crumb Album, Buy It.”

Not only was Crumb an insanely gifted cartoonist and illustrator, he was a really fantastic musician, and his records are just really fun old-timey awesomeness.

Just classic #Ragtime #blues and #jazz with that special warped Crumb twist on it.

Stoked to find this today.
Now I have TWO Crumb records.
There always worth owning just for the Crumb artwork alone.
Luckily the music is really enjoyable as well.

Fritz the Cat is one of the most subversive and famous underground comic series ever. In 1972, Ralph Bakshi released his adaptation of R. Crumb's seminal work to some fanfare and a lot of controversy, particularly from Crumb himself. It still holds as one of those movies you ask people if they've ever seen, especially if they are interested in this level of film from that era.
