Dankzij een schenking van Rotary Club Winschoten (RCW) gaan havens in Oldambt als eerste locaties in Nederland gebruik maken van de innovatieve vuilopruimer DPOL. Dit is een water schoonmaak robot die drijvende verontreiniging zoals plastic of afval kan verwijderen uit water.
