Aujourd'hui, je vous emmène dans une cathédrale très spéciale pour un évènement tout aussi spécial 🌈✝️

La cathédrale américaine de la Trinité (dans le XVIème arrondissement de Paris) est le point d'accroche des épiscopaliens de Paris.

Pour résumer, l'église épiscopalienne est la branche américaine de l'anglicanisme. C'est donc une forme de protestantisme très proche du catholicisme romain.

Une forme en tout cas extrêmement ouverte aux personnes queer. Si bien que je me suis rendue, la semaine dernière, à une célébration de bénédiction de la Pride de Paris (oui, oui) au nom du @p.a.i.x_collectif_catholique dont je fais partie.

En tant que personne croyante et queer, ce moment a vraiment été une respiration appréciable dans ce monde de plus en plus tourné vers le conservatisme.

Dans la deuxième slide du post, vous pouvez découvrir une magnifique prière qui m'a été offerte à la fin de la célébration.

Oui, le Pride Month est fini, mais pour nous autres c'est toute l'année qu'il faut se battre, et c'est agréable de savoir que nous ne sommes pas seuls à conjuguer spiritualité et identités queer ! ✝️🌈
