An octagonal ornamental fountain at the heart of the 1840s Queen's Crescent Gardens in the Woodlands area of Glasgow. Designed by John Bryce, the garden is one of the oldest pleasure gardens in the West End of Glasgow. The High Renaissance style fountain, dating from the 1870s, is six metres tall and was originally topped by four dolphinfish and a figure. It was reputedly created to cap an abandoned mineshaft.
