Keshanin is feared, but for different reasons: while leaders and people from other nations fear Her out of bigotry and prejudice, accusing Keshanin of being "the ultimate symbol of sin and immorality", the citizens of Keshanin fear Her out of devotion to the Sacred Profane, with the Three Queens recognized and worshiped as literal manifestations of the Primordial Goddess.
Keshanin is either "The Land of Many Mistresses" and "The Land of the Three Queens". Secular nations classify it as a parliamentary constitutional theocratic (or, rather, deacracy, ruled by the Goddess, not by a "god") monarchy micronation, founded on the very principles of a syncretism between many left-hand path belief systems, full with a functioning constitution and public institutions.
It's comprised by The Circle of The Thirteen Fragments: a group of eleven people (The Founding Sparks) which was further expanded to thirteen, each one representing the uniting aspects across one or more paths, including Wicca, Luciferianism and Gnosticism. The parliament has the Voices of The Will: every women, non-binary and men who feels a duty to speak being channeled through them. That way, every citizen is also a voluntary member of parliament, shall they feel the Will to participate. Above them all, there's The Goddess, manifested through the Keshanin and embodied by the Triple Queens: Dalla "the gentle and strong", Neshaminya "the equal partner with heavy hand", and Anshara "the whole sky". Their wisdom and their decisions are deeply considered and respected among the parliament and, by extension, among the nation of Keshanin: while the Parliament is represented by several distinct paths of spirituality which disagree in some aspects, the Voices generally get to agree into a consensus, but when consensus doesn't happen, The Queens try to provoke consensus (especially when Neshaminya is the one to provoke, as she's known to be the fiercest of the Queens) by bringing a solution from Goddess Herself to the loop.
