Last month I visited #Quartzsite #Arizona. It was a nice day, almost too warm, amazing #rocks of course. The place was super crowded though to the point of traffic jams. This was a brittlebush sage in the swap meet parking lot.

Rain in the area, but it's mostly virga. Sun has just gone down. Tomorrow is moving day but I'll probably make one more stop at the big Powwow rock show before I leave town. Much quieter tonight in the campground/RV parking lot than it was last night when the group parked across the aisle from me was having a raucous party.#RVing #Arizona #Quartzsite

On tap for today: after my chores and a good hot shower, I'll be meeting a friend and walking a few of the shows here in #Quartzsite. I'm hoping for a late lunch at our favorite Mexican place on the other side of the freeway. I already did a bit of shopping yesterday and I really don't need anything. But if we get to the powwow rock show, I'm hoping to get some opals I bought from another artist identified and maybe pick up some small stones from my favorite cabochon seller.

I'm so close to buying my new home, but with social media falling apart & groups being overrun by disgusting people, I don't have solid groups to chat about this stuff with, anymore.
