• The #Quadropol of #AMEX, #VISA, #MasterCard and #PayPal may be able to enforce illegal "#Sanctions" and #blackmail vendors to not sell products with them, but as we know in #Germany with products from #Cuba just excluding certain products from said payment processor is a #workaround the platforms could implement.

Needless to say bowing before the #cartel of #CreditCard systems is a #ConditionlessSurrender!

And for #CloudAct to apply, only one of these things need to be true:

• #Hoster is owned in part if full by a #US #citizen or #company.
• Hoster has a #subsidiary in the #USA.
• Hoster is #hosting inside the USA.
• Hoster offers services from within the US.
• Hoster's (sole) upstream is from the US or has any of these conditions applying to them either.

And that doesn'r even cover the #blackmail the USA leverage against #organizations (#ICC) and #individuals they dislike.

• And now look at the #Quadropol of #PaymentProcessors (#AMEX, #VISA, #MasterCard, #PayPal) and realize that there is no global competition to them (unless we accept #Monero and consider the pathetic joke that is #wero as competitior despite having even less acceptance than Monero!)…
