Just playing with QRP labs radios today. Vertical MC-750, 3-4W and 20m got a good reach even the sun is throwing tantrums.
First time listened the QMX SSB and it sounds really nice!

AGCW QRP Contest 08.03.2025 (next Saturday)
the contest will take place on many bands 10/15/20/40/80 and from 14:00 to 20:00 UTC. There should be the possibility for every OM to make a few QSO's. Every log, no matter how small, is very welcome.

I have been using the high quality settings and slowing the first layer down to 15mm/sec. This helps the first layer from getting pulled around. There is a round over on the bed side and it will hide any slight elephant foot you make so a raft is not needed.Two are needed for the mini. It does not require unplugging anything to install or remove. It will hold the mini in three positions. a low angle for use on a tabletop, a high angle for use while sitting and upright for shelf use.There are three small hooks that you can use to hang over an edge to keep from sliding during a button push. One for each position.
I shared my VHF station with a second operator and we worked in slots of 30 to 45 min each. While she was contesting on 2m, I did a bit of #POTA as our little hill in Berlin is not only good for VHF but also has the reference #DE0315. Using the #QCX-mini and a small #HF-P1 vertical I made 15 contacts on #20m #CW including one US station.
So quite a successful #hamradio #amateurradio #amateurfunk weekend with 36 + 15 contacts.
