Избегаем парадокса пестицида, или Как мы внедрили систему рекомендаций «забытых» тест‑кейсов

Регрессионное тестирование часто опирается на один и тот же набор сценариев, и со временем это превращается в проблему: привычные проверки перестают находить новые дефекты, а часть функциональности надолго выпадает из поля зрения команды. Возникает так называемый парадокс пестицида — снижение эффективности неизменных тестовых сценариев с течением времени. Название возникло по аналогии с сельскохозяйственными вредителями, которые вырабатывают устойчивость к постоянно применяемым веществам. Меня зовут Александра Атаман, я QA‑инженер в команде веба Яндекс Такси. В этой статье я расскажу, как мы оптимизировали процесс формирования регрессионного тестирования для ручного прогона, внедрив систему весов для тест‑кейсов. Этот подход помогает прицельно отбирать наиболее «опасные» сценарии: самые старые, забагованные или потенциально проблемные. Я поделюсь техническими деталями реализации, логикой распределения весов и результатами нашего эксперимента. Спойлер: ожидания не во всём совпали с реальностью — но именно этот опыт оказался для нас самым ценным.

Аудит QA-отдела «ТатИТнефти»: как провести независимую оценку компетенций за 20 дней и найти точки роста команды

Внутренний QA-отдел — зона особого риска для любой ИТ-компании. Без новых задач и внешних вызовов команда стагнирует: навыки устаревают, а сильные инженеры уходят в более конкурентную среду. Как следствие, снижается качество тестирования ПО, что приводит к росту числа инцидентов и простоев оборудования. «ТатИТнефть» не стала ждать первых симптомов и обратилась к нам за независимым аудитом отдела тестирования. Join us for a special evening dedicated to climbing, resilience, and recovery. We will screen two inspiring films about climbing and the strength of the human spirit, followed by a Q&A session with veterans participating in Climb4Mriya.

The evening features two powerful films:
Climbing Never Die — an award-winning documentary by Matt Groom and Nick Rosen, following the Ukrainian climbing community as they continue to train, compete, and support one another in the midst of war. The film received the Mountain Life Award at the 2025 Tegernsee International Mountain Film Festival for its moving portrayal of resilience and humanity.
Second Wind explores the journey of rebuilding strength and identity after hardship. Through climbing, the film tells a story of recovery, perseverance, and finding purpose again — showing how the mountains can become a place of healing, connection, and new beginnings.
An evening about pushing boundaries, finding strength, and discovering new heights together.

After the Q&A, a temporary exhibition of works by Ukrainian visual artist Nikita Titov will be presented in Splendor's main hall by Antonii Baryshevskyi.

Practitioner, educator, DJ, and researcher, Femke Dekker (also known as Loma Doom) has long been immersed in both sound and education. Across lecture halls, archives, festivals, art galleries, independent radio stations, and dance floors, she orbits a central question: What if listening itself were an artistic practice? What might unfold when listening becomes method, medium, and material?

Open Field Listening takes shape around these ideas. Presented as a collaboration between Page Not Found—an artist-run platform dedicated to publishing and experimental practices—and the record label Osàre! Editions, the text originates from Dekker’s graduation thesis for the Master Education in Arts at the Piet Zwart Institute, Rotterdam. There, she honed her skills as a pedagogue, inviting students into improvisational jam sessions, radio-making, and exercises that activate new modes of attention and a heightened sense of sonic curiosity.

Drawing on the work of scholars and artists—most notably Pauline Oliveros—Dekker approaches listening as a call to action: a way of tuning into one’s surroundings, one’s body, and the urgencies that contour our political and social worlds. She emphasizes the radical potential of reorienting knowledge toward collective attunement: the we rather than the I (or the eye). Inspired by Oliveros’s concept of Deep Listening—a way of expanding awareness through focused, embodied perception—Dekker acknowledges the composer as a foundational feminist figure whose insights continue to reverberate through the classroom, the studio, and beyond.
