RE: https://fosstodon.org/@ThePSF/116335974701062298

The new PSF newsletter just went out and features a little blurb about #PyOhio and several other regional #Python conferences. Check it out!

We're not fooling around today - there's less than three weeks left to submit your offers to speak at PyOhio! Just fill out the form here: https://pretalx.com/pyohio-2026/cfp

And speaking of three, did you know that you can submit up to three talk proposals? If you're on the fence about what you want to talk about, why not submit several ideas?

In case you didn't see our announcement last week, #PyOhio 2026 is now accepting talk proposals! Submit your offer here: https://pretalx.com/pyohio-2026/cfp

So who can give a talk at PyOhio? Anyone can! You don't even have to use #Python in your work! If you enjoy anything Python related as a hobby, you just started learning Python, or you use Python for research, we want you! Please submit your talk for review!

The deadline is just a few weeks away, on April 19th, AoE.

The #PyOhio CFP opens up on Sunday. You should make them an offer (of a talk) they can't refuse.

Let's go to Ohio!

In which I give some insight into a talk I am offering to PyOhio

Just spent some time polishing the outlines and descriptions for my offers for the #PyOhio CFP that opens on Sunday. How are your offers looking?

Random #Python question (this is me trying to get more info for a talk I plan on offering to #PyOhio.)

Does anyone know why each call to `float('nan')` generates a different instance?

I think I've been nerd sniped into turning this blog post into a talk offer for the #PyOhio CFP that opens up on Sunday.

What talks are you going to offer up?

Only 7 days until the #PyOhio #CFP opens!

We'll be officially launching the CFP on March 8th, at 8:00 ET. We'll keep it open for 6 weeks, until April 19th, Anywhere On Earth. Now's the time to consider your ideas and pick your favorite 3 to submit!
We'll make the official announcement next week so look for the link!
